Gardenview Intake Criteria:

Be over the age of 18
Have a psycho-social disability
A willingness to engage with recovery support staff
Have current NDIS funding for core supports
Have accommodation to return to after staying at the Gardenview respite house
Linked in and engaging with clinical supports

Supported Accommodation In take Criteria:-

Be over the age of 18 years
Be living with a psychosocial disability
Willingness to set short and long term recovery goals and work towards achieving them
Have current DIS funding for Supported independent living and core supports
Willing to live in a share home with other residents
